


We cultivate pasta
We produce our pasta by the sea, and on the sea we welcome you. We carry out the entire production cycle in Apricena, at the foot of the Gargano in Puglia.
The drawing from the bronze die plates, skilfully executed by our experienced artisans, gives the pasta an ideal porosity to enhance sauces and capture every aroma.
By slow drying at low temperatures, and exclusively using 100% Italian flours of the highest quality, we create a product that is a nutritional treasure as it keeps the precious values of its raw materials intact.
Our creations satisfy every culinary desire: from dry to fresh pasta, from filled to handmade. What’s more, we dedicate our frozen pasta to catering professionals, so that the flavours and aromas of the fillings are preserved over time. Each format is therefore a perfect combination of Puglian tradition, refinement and cutting-edge gastronomy.
