The idea of “Pasta del Maestro” was born from typical Puglian agriculture and traditions, from the desire to make one of the most appreciated products in the world. Maria Teresa Sassano’s encounter with Carlo Fusco, the Maestro of Pasta, paved the way for in an artisanal product with a truly unique flavour. Because every single grain, sourced from certified supply chains, is carefully selected from the best crops in the sunny fields of southern Italy and lovingly transformed into a gastronomic gem.
